The Bannett Group, Ltd. is an integrated design/build company specializing in Medical, Retail, Religious and Commercial construction projects.  Our geographic reach serves the entire state of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware.  

Founded in 1970 by Barry Bannett, RA, AIA, DBIA, NCARB, the company is best known for its work with developers on freestanding Walgreen’s stores.  However, we have significant experience with other national retailers, regional hospitals, medical practice groups, religious organizations, manufacturing companies, and office/warehouse developers.  Our unique approach to Design Build incorporates the philosophy that a significant amount of money and construction time could be saved by employing an experienced Design Builder who not only oversees the building design but hires and manages all of the contractors who will work on that project.  As a result, The Bannett Group’s approach features a single source project delivery system.

Our unique company structure includes an in house architectural division, a full service estimating group, construction administration, construction project managers and construction field superintendents.    Each one of our projects is assigned a member from each division.  The goal of the project team is manage each project from inception, through the design process, and on to final construction and commissioning.  All while providing the project owner a single source contract with single source responsibility to complete the project on time and under budget.
