Barry Bannett, R.A., A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B., D.B.I.A. CEO

With over 40 years of experience, Barry E. Bannett is the CEO of The Bannett Group, Ltd. Since founding his own firm in 1970, Barry, a third generation Design/Builder, has created innovative designs for school facilities/libraries, medical/professional buildings, shopping centers, commercial/industrial facilities, religious institutions, retail projects, interior/tenant fit outs and private residences.

Barry is a graduate of Washington University Architectural School in St. Louis, MO, and holds a B.S. in Architectural Sciences. He is currently licensed to practice in six states including NJ, DE, PA, MD, NY and Washington DC, is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a licensed planner in the State of NJ.

Before establishing his own firm, Barry worked as a Project Architect in Philadelphia, PA. In 1974, he extended his role as an Architect and established Barry Bannett and Associates, Inc., Design/Builders and Construction Managers. In 1999, the company name changed from Barry Bannett and Associates to The Bannett Group, Ltd. The company currently is involved in the design and construction of medical facilities, churches and synagogues, retail, commercial and industrial spaces.

Barry is an active member of the following organizations: Design-Build Institute of America, American Institute of Architects, South Jersey Chamber of Commerce, and the Cherry Hill Economic Development Council.

Scott Bannett, D.B.I.A. President

As a fourth generation Design/Builder, Scott became President of The Bannett Group in 2002. As President, Scott maintains the structure of The Bannett Group, overseeing every project from conceptual phase to job completion, occupancy and warranty service. He maintains the balance on projects as the "glue" keeping everything from on site construction to jobs meetings on track.

Scott earned his B.S. in Finance/Marketing from Syracuse University in 1990 and began working in at The Bannett Group immediately after graduating. He has held every role at the company rising from Superintendent to his current role as President. In addition, Scott has had extensive experience in real estate development and has a license as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Paul King, Chief Operating Officer

Paul comes to The Bannett Group with over 30 years of industry experience with a foundation in cost planning and pre-construction, having worked in design-build, general contracting and construction management organizations. Pauls career includes roles as a regional and global executive for a $10B construction and real estate services company. During the past decade, he has managed pre-construction efforts on individual projects up to $150M, and has also championed a national green and sustainable building effort involving the training and certification of 300 LEED APs and construction of over 75 LEED certified projects.

In addition to his responsibilities at The Bannett Group, Paul also serves as Vice President of Property on the executive board of his community organization, is a trustee for the Gardinier Environmental Trust, and is a Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility adjunct instructor at NYU. He often participates or leads activities related to sustainability, energy and green building in professional organizations such as USGBC, RICS, ASCE and others.

Anthony Sirizzotti R.A., A.I.A., D.B.I.A. Vice President of Design

As Vice President of Design, Anthony oversees all design and Design/Build projects for The Bannett Group. His innovative and creative ideas paired with his 25 years of experience provide The Bannett Group's design team with a strong base in the development of projects.

Anthony holds a BA in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. He is licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York. He also held the office of President of the West Jersey Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2001.

Anthony re-joined The Bannett Group in 2001 as Vice President of Design. The most recent position he held before joining The Bannett Group was as a Project Manager for Charles Matsinger Associates in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to that, he was Director of Architecture at The Bannett Group overseeing the construction documentation of all projects both major Design/Build and smaller renovation projects.
