Most of the issues were worked out at the Bannett office level, only reaching Starwood to inform them of the direction that was being taken. With the hand picked sub-contractors and Design-Build process, the project not only met the schedule and budget, but the quality was exceptional.

Sheraton Hotels turned to The Bannett Group when they wanted to promote their new Starwood Vacation Properties (now called Vistana Signature Experiences). The space selected was the former Miss American Pageant Headquarters office adjacent to the lobby of the Sheraton Convention Center Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. The 18,000 square foot space they chose for gallery construction was an ideal location since the hotel lobby could easily drive traffic potential clients to the vacation property showcase. The Bannett Group’s eye-catching, modern, gallery-style showcase that allowed visitors to comfortably venture into the gallery and explore the various Starwood properties around the world, without feeling “confined” or cornered by property sales representatives.
