2016 ended up being the biggest year in history for The Bannett Group. In fact, our project pipeline has grown every year for 4 straight years and 2017 is poised to be our biggest year yet.
With some many projects moving through our estimating and production pipeline, it made sense to take a step back from all the activity and take a hard look at our internal systems and processes. And while many of these time-tested processes had served us well over the years, technology was proving that the underlying systems were rapidly becoming obsolete. Technology was being applied to many of the challenges in our industry and now was the time for us to take the plunge and leverage the power of cloud-computing.
The Bannett Group has invested in PROCORE, Construction Management Software platform that establishes a single, collaborative environment where are all project related tasks can be initiated and tracked and all documentation and information can be stored and updated. We’re really excited about all the benefits Procore provides to us, our subs and our clients well as the opportunity it affords to become a more “paperless” company and drive efficiencies that keep us competitive and keep us competitive for our clients.
