These are typically rented or leased spaces that a tenant wants “fitted” to meet their needs. We can can provide the design and construction services needed but it’s best to engage us early since we can also provide some guidance to you as a tenant prior to signing your lease. Depending on the amount and duration of your lease, a landlord/developer may make a financial contribution to the tenant’s fit-out.

Often our clients have excellent locations but cramped facilities. We are engaged to help them efficiently grow ‘out’ or ‘up’ and provide their growing business with more room to operate.
